Pokémon Regulations

You may not like all the regulations here, but they are required and you shouldn't break them! We're trying to keep the Collins Region as realistic as possible - so no level 100 shiny Rayquazas.

There's only a 1 in 8192 chance that you'll encounter a shiny Pokémon, so don't expect for every Pokémon you incounter to be one. You can apply for a raffle in your main application to either have/be a shiny, but don't get your hopes up.You can only enter the raffle when you apply for a new Pokémon, so just ask either myself (Reiici) or Aqua-eyes for more information! Please note you can only have 3 shiny Pokémon at a time.
There can be no legendary Pokémon in your possesion at anytime what so ever. However, Psudo-Legendary Pokémon are aloud (This includes the Dragonite, Larvitar, Salamence, Metagross and Hydreigon evolution lines, and Larvesta/Volcarona, Zoroark/Zoura type Pokémon.)
Like an regular trainer - one in the Collins Region can only hold six Pokémon at a time, the rest will have to go into your PC Box (Which can hold up to 540 Pokémon at a time). You can switch out Pokémon at any time just make sure to update your PC Box saying what Pokémon are in your party.
Pokémon don't ever forget moves they've learned in the past, so no need to worry about only having four to choose from. Pokémin can only learn moves they learn naturally (only when they're supposed to) and ones they can learn from TMs and HMs.
